While most issues are successfully resolved online, the doctor may determine that an in-office appointment is needed for a more accurate diagnosis or to best address the condition. That in-office appointment would be outside of MDLIVE Dermatology services, and payment or insurance coverage for those services would be separate. Patients who cannot be treated online are fully refunded the cost for their MDLIVE appointment.
What if the dermatologist wants me to have an in-office appointment?
