How do I reset my password?

1. Go to the MDLIVE Homepage.
2. Click on "Sign In."
3. Click "Forgot Username or Password."
4. On the left-hand side, under "Forgot Password," enter your Username or Email Address and click "Send."
5. A link will be sent to the email address on file. Please check your email and click on the link to reset your password.
