Jonathan Salon
President

Jon serves as MDLIVE President. With over 25 years of investment, operational, financial, and legal affairs leadership in healthcare and technology-focused businesses, Jon has a solid track record of identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities through strategic partnerships, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other third-party relationships. He has extensive experience in healthcare M&A and partnerships, including managing all phases of analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring and execution, go-to-market strategies, and operational implementation.
Jon also serves as Managing Director of Bedford Funding, a private equity firm focused on growth equity investments in Healthcare and Technology focused businesses. His responsibilities have included the sourcing and execution of the firm’s investment strategy, portfolio management activities, and managing intermediary relationships. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors and on various PeopleFluent and KZO Innovations committees.
Before joining Bedford Funding, Jon served as Vice President and General Counsel of Unica Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide legal affairs. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Deputy General Counsel of Geac, where he advised the company’s Board of Directors and senior management team on complex strategic, commercial, and operational issues, and corporate governance matters, as well as managing acquisition and divestiture initiatives and partnerships worldwide.
Jon received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University and has participated in the Fellows Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Tony Belthrop

Tony brings more than 20 years of experience in information security, information system risk mitigation, and asset protection to MDLIVE. He has a proven track record of elevating the effectiveness of organizations, policies, and programs to drive business value and to mitigate risks across large and complex environments. He possesses expertise in assessing, defining, advocating, and driving the adoption of risk management strategies, controls, and models that have enabled organizations to comply with evolving regulatory requirements, advance cybersecurity, strengthen resiliency of computing ecosystems, and achieve cultural transformations.
Before joining MDLIVE, Tony spent the better part of two decades at Raleigh-based Learning Technologies Group Inc., a market leader in the rapidly growing workplace digital learning and talent management market. In his most recent role as VP & Chief Information Security Officer, Tony was responsible for enterprise security in information asset management, risk and vulnerability management, audit and compliance, security awareness, and training.

George Regnery

George Regnery is Vice President, Chief of Staff at MDLIVE. He assists the CEO on a variety of projects, including market and financial analysis. He previously worked for Bedford Funding, a private equity fund, and an investor in MDLIVE.
At Bedford Funding, George analyzed potential acquisition candidates and performed financial analysis of portfolio companies. Before this, he worked for Geac Computer Corporation, Wright Investors Service, and Reuters, in various finance roles.
George has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester. In addition, George studied at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.

Rachel Dvorken

Rachel has 20+ years as a general counsel and executive leader with broad health care law, corporate/transactional, governance, regulatory and employment experience. Most recently, Rachel served for 10 years as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Sinai Health System, Illinois’ largest private safety-net health system serving Chicago communities disproportionately affected by illness, poverty and other social challenges. In addition to her role as the Chief Legal Officer for Sinai, Rachel served as the executive lead for the Board Governance Committee, and as legal advisor to the Board Finance, Government Affairs, and Audit and Compliance Committees. Rachel also was appointed as the Interim Executive for the Sinai Urban Health Institute, focused on developing innovative, evidence based population health management solutions and improving health equity.
Before joining Sinai, Rachel served for 8 years as Deputy General Counsel for Northwestern Memorial Health Care, a large Academic Medical Center in Chicago.
Rachel received her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Colgate University, and her law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School. Following law school, she clerked for United States District Court Judge Edward Rafeedie, was an Associate in the Health Law Department of McDermott, Will & Emery and served as Associate General Counsel for Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Rachel also served as President of the Illinois Association of Health Care Attorneys and as an Adjunct Lecturer in Health Law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In 2017, Rachel received a Role Model Award from the Harvard Law School Society of Illinois and in 2016, a First Chair Award honoring top in house counsel.
Rachel is a member of the Board of Directors of Chicago Sinai Congregation and the Youth Guidance Organization’s Council on Working on Womanhood (“WOW”), which provides counseling and mentoring to over two thousand young women in 40 Chicago Public Schools. Rachel also served for many years as a tutor with Tutoring Chicago (f/k/a Cabrini Green Tutoring Program).
