In taking the role of CMO, Malinda will oversee the development of a world-class customer-centric marketing organization that will have a laser focus on customers’ needs and outcomes while delivering our gold standard experience soon to be the hallmark of MDLIVE’s consumer engagement. McFarlane has been a pioneer in brand development for over 20 years since she launched a major multi-national brand, Revlon, in the former Soviet Union. Since then she has held many senior brand marketing and strategy roles and led key initiatives for Fortune 500 brands, including P&G, Diet Coke and Coke, Nestle, Mary Kay, Ford and Dell. Leveraging her Bain Consulting background, Malinda brings a unique perspective of integrated customer strategy, brand marketing, and digital technology to MDLIVE’s executive team. She has led numerous branding and positioning efforts, including a customer needs-based segmentation driven portfolio repositioning for a top 3 automaker that both reduced costs and drove long-term growth. With Dell, she transformed the Small and Medium Business brand from a PC vendor to a technology solutions provider globally and led the first ever brand campaign. Malinda’s customer insight and digital creativity leadership were showcased in the award winning digital brand campaign, Style Series for Diet Coke, where she led digital content integration delivery to a new market. This campaign was the first ever live streaming video content and programming in Times Square.

Malinda received her BA in International Business and Russian from the University of Texas and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
